Hi, I am Sarah Mowinski!
I am the owner/photographer of Sarah McEvers Photography. As you may have guessed, McEvers is my maiden name :) My photography journey started 20 + years ago, when I picked up my first camera. I developed my own film and prints in a darkroom in high school (yes, I'm that old haha), and learned studio lighting in college. My newborn journey started a few years later and since then, I've been obsessed with photographing these tiny miracles. I've attended many workshops and conferences for maternity and newborn education in California, NYC, Chicago, and Boston. I've even met the one who started the newborn photography niche, Anne Geddes!
A bit about my personal life:
I am married with two "tweens" and am very close to my parents and my in-laws. I can be extroverted but also love to just stay home and spend time with my family. I thank God for this gift of capturing memories for so many families. I photograph people from all walks of life and I love the different cultures I get to experience through my clients.
